RAISING MONEY FOR DESERVING LOCAL CAUSES
Kevin Beattie was a 1970’s footballing hero, described by Sir Bobby Robson as “the best England player he had seen“. High praise that is backed up by a playing record of 228 appearances for Ipswich Town (1972-1981), 9 England appearances (1975-77), a winner of the FA Cup & UEFA Cup.
A career cut short by injury but he was never forgotten by fans as he was inducted into the Ipswich Town Hall of Fame in 2008 and voted numerous times as Ipswich Town’s “best ever player”.
Kevin always wanted his name to help others in years to come and so the Kevin Beattie Foundation was set up to do precisely that… raising money for brilliant local causes.
Please note: the Kevin Beattie Foundation (Charity number 1192625) is not affiliated with Ipswich Town Football Club.
