Third time lucky as 'Beattie is Back' grabbed his first win on Friday 4 February 2022. Unfancied by the Bookies, Beattie is Back was number 2 in the 6.45pm The Play Coral Racing Super Series For Free Novice Stakes (Class 5).
Beattie is Back 3rd place
Beattie is Back was back at Newcastle on Thursday 20 January for only his second race. This time it was underlights as the horse ran in the 18.30pm, The Play Coral Racing Super Series for Free Novice Stakes (Class 5) 7 Furlong race.
Carlisle Kevin Beattie Day
Malcolm (Thompson) the Foundation’s founder travelled to Carlisle, Kevin’s birthplace for what was meant to be a Kevin Beattie Day.

KBF 1st Anniversary
We have reached The Foundations 1st Anniversary and it was immense and humbling that so many joined in the celebrations by sending pictures of themselves wishing the Foundation all the best.
Newcastle United F.C. supporting KBF
The KBF were kindly offered a private tour of St James’s Park, home of Newcastle United. It was great especially as Sir Bobby Robson had such a connection with both Ipswich Town and Newcastle United.

Thursday 6th January saw the Foundations horse, Beattie is Back, make his debut at Newcastle in the 1.00pm Novice Race for Three years old and upwards, Class 5.
